The Canadian Film Institute is once again proud to present its 18th annual showcase of the best of contemporary Latin American cinema. A collaboration with the Ambassadors and Embassies of the Latin American nations, the festival highlights the wide range of artistic and cinematic talents found south of the Rio Grande. It's three weeks of films, special guests, and Embassy receptions. All films Ottawa premieres, and presented in their original languages with English sub-titles.

Join us March 29 for ¡Fiesta Latina!, a day-long food, wine, and culture exhibition. The event features musical and dance performances, latin cuisine, and Ottawa-area businesses and organizations connected to the Latin American community, all presented alongside screenings and discussions of Latin American films. Admission for the ¡Fiesta Latina! exhibition is free for the general public!
