Jimmy Liao Series (幾米系列)
September 29, 2012

An exhibition of Taiwan's prolific storyteller and illustrator, Jimmy Liao. Featuring books and illustrations, screenings of films adapted from his works, a documentary on the author, and a discussion of his works.

Jimmy Liao's delicate drawings and simple stories take his readers on journeys that explore the alienation and loneliness that plague urban dwellers. His creativity has accurately captured the true spirit of Taiwan, and brought international attention to his creative work.

Presented in association with the Taipei Cultural and Economic Office in Canada. All events of the Jimmy Liao Series are free admission.
