Rudolf is a 13 year-old boy obsessed with filmmaking. He is especially carried away by the horror movies, which he draws himself on long strips of paper and then projects on a wall, using an old slide projector. Rudolf does all the sound himself, too, making unbelievable sound imitations. His films are like miniature Hollywood blockbusters. This unusual documentary explores the conflict between the imaginary world of Rudolf and the society surrounding him, where everybody tries to make him live according to less ‘cinematic’ rules. As the family allows Rudolf to demonstrate his creativity fully, it creates a wide spectrum of emotions in others: from real fear to real fun. English sub-titles.
